Phase 01 · The UX Research Pillar

Understanding the target group

To align Mind Institute's digital presence with user needs, the process began with qualitative and quantitative user research. I deployed user surveys, mapped detailed customer profiles, and customer journeys to pinpoint psychological barriers, friction points, and accessibility requirements for the target audience.

Phase 02

Concept, prototyping & interface design

From insight to system

Translating research insights into solutions, I led the digital transformation and brand revitalization. This involved establishing an empathetic, accessible design system and building high-fidelity interactive prototypes focused on seamless navigation, cognitive load reduction, and user trust.

Design System
Empathetic typographic scale, calming palette, accessible contrast.
Prototyping
High-fidelity flows for two pathways — Uddannelser & Terapi.
UX Principles
Reduced cognitive load, clear hierarchy, trust signals.
Phase 03

Concept validation & usability testing

Design decisions were continuously validated through structured user testing. By putting the interactive prototypes in front of the target group, I iteratively refined layouts, micro-interactions, and visual messaging to secure optimal usability and value-alignment.

Result

A validated identity

A cohesive brand and digital surface — calm, accessible and trusted — validated through repeated rounds of usability testing with the target audience.
